HISTORY
Our company was established in the 1985 by Claudio Castellani,who nowadays is the owner and the CEO of the company;he is responsible for the energetic management,parts of burners and superalloy components.
OUR WORK
Our production includes precision mechanical processing with the removal of waste,both during turning both during milling; we assembly,set up and inspect our products. We work autonomously,we buy the raw material,we manage them and when it is necessary,we take care of special processes like NCD, galvanic processes,heat treatments and even non-destructive tests(magnetic inspection,piercing liquids,nital etching etc.)till the delivery of the finished product.
QUALITY
During the production and the dimensional control, the quality is guaranteed by a supervision room in wich the temeperature and humidity are controller,thanks to digital centesimal instruments. We are in possession of certifications:
